About Us

Speech Therapy Centres of Canada Ltd is a team of dedicated speech-language pathologists (commonly known as S-LPs or speech therapists) and speech-language pathology assistants (S-LPAs)  who provide assessment and therapy services to children and adults with communication disorders.  Our S-LPS, S-LPAs and support staff are truly committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients and their families.

We understand that navigating the world of speech therapy may be daunting  so our client services team is prepared to help you every step of the way. Our clinical director, Jeanette Podolsky, is also on hand to host round table discussions every few months to answer questions for parents whose child needs (or may need) speech therapy services.

We work with many outside organizations to help provide speech therapy services and support for our clients and their clients.

As an adolescent or adult, you face unique communication challenges that require unique approaches. Your voice is important. You’re never too old to start speech therapy and we’re always here to help.

Our S-LPs are trained to work with people on a variety of workplace communication skills. One of our strengths is helping those whose first language isn’t English to communicate better and to achieve a more neutral or ‘Canadian’ accent.

Stuttering is a speech disorder that affects children and adults alike. If you are a parent of a child with a stuttering speech disorder, our clinics offer a wide array of therapies and strategies to help your child communicate more effectively.

One of our proudest achievements at The Speech Therapy Centres of Canada is the success we’ve had with individuals with communication issues developed as a result of an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
