Many parents want to take a much more “hands-on” approach to their children’s speech therapy. For those parents we’ve created our FREE parent workshops. In these workshops we’ll cover the basics of speech therapy, language therapy, typical speech and language development, and “red flags” that you should be on the look-out for. We’ll discuss ways to engage your child in developing their speech and language, recommend books and strategies, and let you network with other parents to help you grow your support network!
We’ll even show you how to use your child’s favourite movies and video games as a means to help with communication development!
